01 / Mandate + Pricing Corridor (Sell-side)
We operate under an exclusive, time-bound mandate with:
  • Asking position
  • Minimum net-to-seller
This creates discipline and prevents uncontrolled exposure.
02 / Controlled Disclosure (NDA-first)
​Information is released in stages. 
Seller identity, exact location, and sensitive details remain sealed until necessary. 
  • No public listing by default
  • No brand circulation
  • No uncontrolled forwarding of materials
03 / Qualified Counterparties
Access is granted only to counterparties who can execute cleanly. 
Verification is risk-based and may include:
  • identity / entity checks
  • proof of settlement readiness 
  • beneficial ownership (where relevant)
  • screening measures approriate to the transaction
04 / Diligence Pack
We coordinate a structured diligence pack that may include:
  • condition overview (and independent reporting where required)
  • provenance summary and supporting materials (where available)
  • logistics feasibility and delivery pathway
  • term discipline and execution timeline
05 / Escrow-Led Settlement
Escrow-led completion is standard for significant works.
  • defined release conditions
  • funds-source matching
  • clear completion mechanics
  • documentation handled through counsel where required
06 / Insured Logistics
Delivery is coordinated via approved fine art logistics and insurance specialists. 
Risk -transfer points and insurance coverage align to the agreed transaction term

  • Stage 0 (Pre-NDA): high-level teaser only

  • Stage 1 (NDA): watermarked materials + high-level summary

  • Stage 2 (Verified): full pack + viewing pathway

  • Stage 3 (Enhanced verification, if triggered): sensitive details + escrow/SPA drafts initiated
