What we require

To unlock full disclosure, provide via secure submission:

Required
  • Identity (individual ID or entity registration)
  • Proof of funds / settlement readiness (bank letter, redacted statement, or counsel/escrow confirmation)
  • Buyer profile (entity, decision maker, timeline)
May be required
  • Beneficial ownership disclosure (UBO)
  • Sanctions/PEP screening consent
  • High-level source of funds / source of wealth 
  • Regulated reference (private banker or counsel)

All information is handled under strict confidentiality and used solely to evaluate and facilitate the Opportunity.

Settlement Standard

  • Escrow/wire only for significant works

  • Funds must originate from the verified buyer entity (or an approved structure with documented authority)

  • Unconvential settlement requests are not accommodated

For: principals, family offices, and institutions who can execute discreetly.

Not for: broad catalog requests, public price discovery, or counterparties unwilling to follow protocol.
