Our Acceptance Standard

We are selective. We engage only when the work and the documentation support clean execution. 

We typically require: ​

  • coherent title/ownership position

  • a defensible pricing corridor

  • a feasible pathway to diligence and delivery 

If the fit is not there, we will say so quickly and respectfully.

The 72-hour go / no-go

After receiving initial materials, we respond within 72 hours with one of three outcomes: 

  1. Proceed – mandate offered with corridor, term, and execution plan 

  2. Proceed with conditions – documentation or feasibility items required first 

  3. Decline – not aligned with our mandate or execution standards

How confidentiality is protected

  • NDA-first access for all counterparties

  • Staged disclosure (sensitive details only when necessary) 

  • No press, no public listings, no broad circulation by default

  • Deal files run under a coded, controlled-access system

  • Any timing constraints
  • Pricing expectations: asking range and minimum net-to-seller (if known)

We typically work on an exclusive mandate with an engagement fee credited against success fee at completion. 

Third-party costs (condition, escrow, shipping/insurance) are pre-approved and capped. 

Exact terms are provided only after initial evaluation. 

When discretion matters, the process is the value.
